assess the manner in which you choose to influence others Learning instruments, when used in the
spirit in which they are intended. may provide some useful information to the respondent. No official
record will be made of your results They arc yours alone for whatever value they may have. It goes
without saying that candid responses will be the most enlightening.

Directions: To complete this instrument, read each statement and the number that is most characteristic of your behavior, as you perceive it. Evaluate your behavior as
it is today, not as it once was or as you would like it to be in the future. Use the following key:
5=Completely Characteristic, meaning I almost always do this
4=Usually Characteristic, meaning I usually do this
3=Somewhat Characteristic, meaning I do this sometimes
2=Usually Uncharacteristic, meaning I usually do not do this
1=Completely Uncharacteristic, meaning I almost never do this
